This skirt really was in my dreams. I'm not kidding. When I was living in Ireland, I went into a forever 21 and tried on this skirt. I remember debating for a really long time because the euro was terrible so the skirt was going to be kind of expensive with the exchange rate. I left it in the store and regretted it. It seems silly that I was so wishful for a skirt but it was just so pretty!

A few weeks ago, I stepped into a forever 21 with a friend to check out the sale section. And there it was - the skirt I didn't pick up in Ireland. I was shocked to find it because a) I don't live in Ireland anymore and b) that was over a year and a half ago! But it was there in my size and I took it as fate. (And the fact that it was only 2.50 in the sale!)
