I'm a little late to the trend but that's what always happens when you buy things from the thrift store! I actually took these photos a while ago but am just posting them now.... Oops.
I've actually seen a lot of lace up shirts like this at the thrift stores recently. I have this striped one and I also picked up a tan one. This shirt was originally from the loft and I think I got it for about 2 dollars? What a steal! Like I've said many a times, I love finding trendier pieces at the thrift store because if it turns out I don't really like it or only wear it a few times, it's not that big of a waste! Thankfully - I really like this shirt.
I paired the top with my maroon/purple-ish skinny jeans I picked up from Macy's a few years ago. The color is perfect for fall and they are seriously so comfortable! I have a feeling you'll be seeing them a lot for outfit posts. I also went for my classic lace slip-ons from target for more comfort and style. I feel like this look is so simple - something I'll always wear but the lace up detail just adds something a bit more interesting.
As for my mini life update - My friend and I have finally figured out all the details of where we are going in Europe! We are going to Paris, Lyon, Annecy, Amsterdam, and Barcelona! It's going to be a crazy trip but I cannot wait. If you've been to any of these place - please send some suggestions my way! I'm also thinking about doing some posts on packing since I'll only be taking a carry on if anyone would be interested in seeing some posts along those lines.
